I started the south beach diet (SBD) a month ago. I fell off the dieting wagon and now I am back on. I restarted phase 1 but have not lost any weight. I have a wedding to attend July

31 in Vegas, it is coctail attire. I am so afraid I will not lose any weight. Does anyone have any words of wisdom?
